Jalan-jalan IKEA

Assalamualaikum wbt :)

First impression sampai kat tempat makan IKEA tu, masyaAllah berduyun-duyun orang! Mengalahkan shopping complex! Nak cari meja pun kena keliling satu restoren tu dulu, kot-kot la ada meja kosong. Tapi malangnya, takde satu pun.

So, macam mana rasanya? Emm.. boleh la tahan.. Tapi takdelah sesedap yang disangkakan.. Beef dia tu bau la sikit macam beef kan.. I mean, ada la hamis kot sikit-sikit.. Nak dibandingkan dengan gambar daripada internet (blog orang lain), jauh laa.. Tak berjaya untuk dimasukkan ke dalam 'Nak-pergi-lagi' list. hehe

Fries Nurma
Inilah meatballnya.. Plain sangat aihh..
p/s: siapa-siapa yang berhajat nak bawak balik rumah, make sure bawak tupperware/bekas sendiri ye.. Diorang tak sediakan. Sekian.
p/s/s: digemparkan dengan berita drp Yah selepas beberapa hari makan kat sini.. Jeng jeng jeng..

Steamboat at D'Kayangan

Assalamualaikum wbt :)

Akhirnya, dapat jugak update cerita steamboat ni untuk simpanan.. hehe..
To be exact, we've gone to D'Kayangan Steamboat in Shah Alam almost last 2 weeks. Shall I say this was our housemates' gathering? Well, all seven of us went there by Hanis and Amalin's cars. Thanks to both of them :) Kak Kila couldn't join us because she had something urgent at that particular time. Gwen couldn't join us too because she has fever and now she still has a lot of red spots all over her body! Get well soon, Gwenny! Currently (0303), most of us are not well due to fever and running nose..

We arrived D'Kayangan after quite a long time because of heavy traffic and we couldn't find that restaurant! So, Hanis asked her male friend from UiTM to show us the direction. That took around 30 minutes to wait for him. Lastly, he arrived and that restaurant is just in another corner from our spot! It took us less than five minutes from the surauKesian kawan Hanis datang jauh-jauh. hehe

The restaurant was empty the moment we arrived. Maybe because it was time for Maghrib prayer. More customers were in around 8.00-8.30 pm.. :) The price is RM26.90 including service charge. Rate your price lah! We started to move around 10.00 pm so that we could reach IPBA before 11.00 pm..  Ikut peraturan tak? hehe *Bajet

Sempat makan 2 mangkuk aiskrim yg sangat sedap tu!

Sotong bakar dan sosej.. Sosej sedap sangat tapi sotong still rasa kenyal2 lagi.. Belum masak sepenuhnya kot?

Masak, masak, masak..
Yang cons kat sini sebab takde grilling part kat periuk dia.. Tak syok!

Finally, all seven of us :) Sorry, Malin..!
Thanks to the worker here..

Sleep and dream

Assalamualaikum wbt..
What do you think about the statement above?

Today, I am going to copy and paste some information gained from various websites on the Internet. It is about dreams. Yes, our dreams! All of us for sure have been dreaming before, at least once in a lifetime. Right? Yeahh!

First of all, we must know what a dream is actually. According to About.com, it states that:-
A dream can include any of the images, thoughts and emotions that are experienced during sleep. Dreams can be extraordinarily vivid or very vague; filled with joyful emotions or frightening imagery; focused and understandable or unclear and confusing.

Then, why do we dream? What are the purposes of our dreaming?

While many theories have been proposed, no single consensus has emerged. Considering the enormous amount of time we spend in a dreaming state, the fact that researchers do not yet understand the purpose of dreams may seem baffling. However, it is important to consider that science is still unraveling the exact purpose and function of sleep itself.

Some researchers suggest that dreams serve no real purpose, while others believe that dreaming is essential to mental, emotional and physical well-being. Ernest Hoffman, director of the Sleep Disorders Center at Newton Wellesley Hospital in Boston, Mass., suggests that "...a possible (though certainly not proven) function of a dream to be weaving new material into the memory system in a way that both reduces emotional arousal and is adaptive in helping us cope with further trauma or stressful events.

Theories of Dreams:-

1) Dreams are the result of our brains trying to interpret external stimuli during sleep. For example, the sound of the radio may be incorporated into the content of a dream.

2) Dreams serve to 'clean up' clutter from the mind, much like clean-up operations in a computer, refreshing the mind to prepare for the next day.

3) The dreamer is able to make connections between different thoughts and emotions in a safe environment.

4) The activation of the brain creates loose connections between thoughts and ideas, which are then guided by the emotions of the dreamer.
